Enjoy a traditional Cornish cream tea on arrival, followed by a delicious 3 course dinner created by our wonderful team of chefs.
An eight course culinary tasting menu on New Year’s Eve starts off a night of excellence followed with music and dancing to the jazz band, rounding off the evening with champagne toast to welcome in the New Year.
Enjoy a lie in on New Year’s Day and then join your new made friends for a hearty brunch. Another delicious dinner will be served in the renowned AA Rosette Water’s Edge restaurant and then try your luck for 2009 in our casino.
Rooms start from £399 per person for the 3 nights, based on 2 sharing a standard double room. Upgrades to sea views rooms are available at a supplement.
