Bike ride in aid of Shelterbox
Pat of Bosinver Farm Cottages and Janie of Lower Barn have been off
on their bikes again - this time riding the Sustrans C2C trail, the 1st trail they ever did in 1994, from the coast at Whitehaven in Cumbria over the Lake
District, the High Pennines down to the sea at Tynemouth - 150 miles in 3 days.

Pat Said " It was not an earth shattering distance but it was so hard that the 2nd day took 10 hours to do 48 miles! Hardly any women do it as it is so tough and the average age is 35, so not bad for us at 43 and 60!!"
Pat and Janie raised enough money for a Shelterbox, so all in all a very positive achievement.
