Park the car in the drive and it's a level walk across the pretty patio to the front door. The airy lounge has a huge bay window giving wonderful views over the River Fal and is well equipped with colour TV, video, CD player and electric fire. The kitchen/diner has microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and all necessary electrical appliances. Bathroom has bath, electric shower, WC and basin.
A short flight of stairs takes you down to three bedrooms. A twin bedded room, one with bunk beds and the large master bedroom with large comfortable double bed, TV and video.
The cottage is well furnished with pine furniture throughout and coordinating furnishings, full central heating and double glazed.
Outside is a sunny patio with garden furniture, perfect for BBQ's or drinks, with superb river views together with a games/pool room. Cot and highchair are available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
