The Fal River Festival

The Fal River Festival, which ran from May 28th to June 6th 2010, was all about celebrating life on the river Fal in Cornwall and was a great success. The 10 day festival encompasses over 130 events which range from music and drama, the arts and heritage to rowing races, triathlons and walks.
The festival, which was established in 2006, is celebration of life on the river, a chance to really embrace the places, people, history and culture that are connected by this very Cornish river.
With its diverse mix of culture, music, arts, food, literature, drama, industry, events, gardens, sports and history the festival offers something for everyone, a chance to engage with life on the river and discover some of its fascinating history.
Next years festival will run from May 27th to June 5th and which we hope will be bigger and better then ever!
