Funchall 500 Tall Ships Regatta 2008
With the amazing spectacle of up to 10 full rigged tall ships and 20 smaller vessels arriving in Falmouth for the Funchal 500 Tall ships regatta, what better way to view them, than being on the water.Orca Sea safaris will be running a number of dedicated Rib Trips to view the Tall ships over the period of 10th - 13th September 2008.
Our Rigid inflatable boat has the flexibility of being able to drift up close to ships that are moored within Falmouth Docks and Famouth Harbour to get a real close-up view from a different perspective than on land, then picking up speed to head out into the bay and catch any ships that may be moored further out or on day sails.
All trips will leave from the National Maritime Museum Pontoon in Falmouth with passengers being met on Events Square.
We will provide outer clothing as appropriate to the weather for adults but ask that children bring jumpers and their own waterproofs. Adult and Child life-jackets and goggles will be provided along with a selection of basic binoculars. Passengers are recommended to bring their own binoculars and cameras.
All trips include a free visit to the National Maritime Museum on the day of your trip.

The package will include three nights dinner, bed and breakfast per person,
