Our ETC four star-rated Self-Catering and B&B accommodation is set within two delightfully converted 17th century barns. Our Bed and Breakfast accomodation has been awarded a silver award from visit britain.

The beautiful barn courtyard gardens overlook open farmland. From the National Trust owned lane at the top of our drive, there are magnificent views across the Fal estuary to Falmouth, Mylor, Flushing, Restronguet and the famous National Trust gardens at Trelissick.

We have three exceptionally spacious, well equipped self-catering barns each of which accommodate two people. Two of our barns have solid oak flooring and one has a wood burner.

We also have two high quality ensuite B&B rooms.

The Roseland Peninsula is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and visiting the very many beautiful gardens. The Eden Project is close by, as is the famous St Just In Roseland Church, and the yachting harbour of St. Mawes. There are many quiet coves/beaches close by where you can escape the crowds. Some of the most beautiful parts of the Cornwall Coastal Path are also only a short distance away.

For that additional peace and tranquillity, we cater for adults only. Our barns and garden grounds are also non-smoking.

All of our guests are welcomed with a complimentary Cornish Cream Tea comprising Tregothnan tea, home-baked scones and locally sourced clotted cream and jam.
